Video Production Intern

About the role#

The Video Production Intern will join the content team to support creative projects across the Philadelphia Flyers and Xfinity Mobile Arena digital platforms. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in professional sports and entertainment media production.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the execution of multimedia content for Flyers and Xfinity Mobile Arena platforms.
• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video packages for digital use.
• Produce video packages specifically for Flyers platforms.
• Design and create animated graphics for various projects.
• Photograph products, merchandise, and other marketing assets.
• Assist with Flyers podcast capture and production.
• Manage media assets, including organizing files, ingesting raw footage into the Avid system, and logging video footage.
• Support ancillary events both in and out of the arena as needed.

What you'll need#

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work effectively on multimedia content.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Communications, Media Studies, Graphic Design, or Art.
• A portfolio or demo reel is recommended for submission.
• Strong skills in teamwork, communication, and professional etiquette.
