Marketing Assistant Intern

About the role#

COGIR Real Estate is seeking a Marketing Assistant Intern to support the execution of corporate and local marketing initiatives across its retirement residences. Reporting to the Marketing Directors, this role involves coordinating marketing plans, managing media bookings, and contributing to creative projects. This is a full-time, paid internship position.

What you'll do#

• Assist in the implementation of local residence marketing initiatives to ensure timely execution.
• Manage media bookings and ensure invoicing is accurately completed.
• Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions for marketing campaigns.
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials with vendors.
• Contribute to the ideation and coordination of video content production.
• Create dockets, document revisions, and collaborate with the design team.
• Support the planning of the social media editorial calendar and monitor social trends.

What you'll need#

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a marketing, communications, or equivalent program.
• Adept at Microsoft Office, digital tools, and social platforms.
• Excellent writing skills with a strong sense of storytelling and copywriting.
• Good understanding of social media and online community engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a collaborative environment.
