About the role#
CodePath is launching a new AI fellowship program, Claude Corps, and is seeking a Recruiting Specialist for a 6-month, full-time contract role. You will support two 10-week screening waves, selecting hundreds of fellows from thousands of applicants. This position focuses on high-volume, structured screening to identify the next generation of AI practitioners.
What you'll do#
- Screen and evaluate candidates by reviewing written applications against a structured rubric.
- Conduct 30-minute structured interviews focused on six specific competencies, probing for depth and specificity.
- Manage your own candidate pipeline in Greenhouse, handling everything from application review to final disposition and scheduling.
- Participate in regular calibration syncs to review borderline cases and ensure scoring standards are consistent across the team.
- Maintain inter-rater reliability by aligning your scoring distribution with team baselines.
- Refine the rubric and selection process between screening waves based on observed patterns and data.
- Monitor take-home assessment deadlines and manage candidate flow to ensure all stages move within established timelines.
What you'll need#
- Experience with high-volume structured interviewing, including the ability to maintain a consistent evaluation bar across 30+ conversations per week.
- Background in university recruiting, campus hiring, or fellowship and cohort selection.
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Greenhouse.
- A strong understanding of equity in hiring and the role of structured processes in reducing bias.
- Ability to work effectively alongside AI tools while applying human judgment to selection decisions.
- Preferred majors include Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Communications.

- This is a fully remote position based in the United States.
- This is a full-time contract role (approximately 40 hours per week) with a duration of 6 months.
- Compensation is $35 to $45 per hour.
