Life Sciences Strategy Analyst

About the role#

As a Life Sciences Strategy Analyst, you will join project teams to address strategic questions for clients in the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic sectors. You will work directly with managers to support high-impact initiatives, including new product planning, pricing and market access, investor relations, and corporate strategy. This is a full-time, on-site, paid position starting in Summer 2027.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to solve complex strategic problems using a hypothesis-based approach.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to generate actionable insights.
• Build and utilize analytic tools, such as forecast models, to guide client decision-making.
• Communicate strategic recommendations to clients to maximize value.
• Leverage AI tools to synthesize research and accelerate insights.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of an Undergraduate or Master’s degree with a major or minor in Life Sciences, with a graduation date by Summer 2027.
• Demonstrated interest in consulting and the life sciences industry through research, internships, or club participation.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and demonstrated leadership abilities.
• A desire to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

• Locations: Boston, MA; New York, NY; or San Francisco, CA.
• Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $92,500 base salary plus eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus and benefits.
