Product Research & Innovation Intern

About the role#

As a Product Research & Innovation Intern, you will support the development of regulatory products as Clarity AI works toward ESMA regulation. You will help ensure companies understand the data and methodologies behind their ratings while identifying opportunities to expand and improve our regulatory offerings. This role requires a blend of quantitative analysis, client-focused communication, and cross-functional collaboration to define and validate new models.

What you'll do#

• Interpret data and respond to product-related inquiries from rated companies.
• Develop deep technical knowledge of our data products to resolve client queries effectively.
• Identify and propose product improvements based on interactions with rated companies.
• Collaborate with product management, data engineering, and data science teams to define, create, and validate new models and features.
• Assess methodological trade-offs and evaluate data issues within regulatory solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to document insights for stakeholders and clients.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, or Environmental Engineering.
• Outstanding quantitative and critical thinking skills.
• Experience identifying, analyzing, and interpreting patterns and trends in complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills (minimum C1 level).
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a startup environment.
