Spring 2027 Tax Intern - San Antonio

About the role#

This internship provides an opportunity to gain insight into the public accounting profession and build a foundation for a career in tax. Interns will work with various supervisors on client engagements, shadow tax professionals, and participate in team-building and training initiatives.

What you'll do#

• Work for multiple supervisors on a variety of client engagements.
• Apply accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
• Participate in and present on a marketing or research project.
• Attend social functions, including lunches, happy hours, and community service projects.

What you'll need#

• Junior or senior standing in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation.
• Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.
