Graduate Intern

About the role#

The Graduate Intern supports CGL business operations by performing core tasks that help the organization deliver accurate and effective outcomes. This role involves partnering with internal stakeholders to complete assigned projects, resolve issues, and maintain quality standards while contributing to process consistency and continuous improvement.

What you'll do#

• Partner with internal stakeholders to complete assigned work and resolve issues.
• Maintain quality standards across all project deliverables.
• Contribute to process consistency and documentation.
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts within your assigned area of responsibility.

What you'll need#

• A completed Bachelor's degree.
• Current enrollment in a graduate degree program at an accredited university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to take direction effectively.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Preferred majors include Business Administration, Public Health, Psychology, or Political Science.
