Aviation Maintenance Analyst Intern

About the role#

The Aviation Maintenance Analyst Intern acts as a virtual extension of the customer’s aircraft maintenance team. You will support the Team Lead and Manager in coordinating operational and analytical tasks to ensure aircraft are enrolled correctly and maintained within the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform. This role requires a strong interest in the aerospace industry and the ability to apply technical knowledge to maintain the integrity of customer maintenance programs.

What you'll do#

• Become a subject matter expert on aircraft maintenance programs and the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform.
• Develop and promote positive customer relationships by providing proactive solutions to challenges.
• Coordinate the onboarding and enrollment process for new customers.
• Monitor aircraft inspection and maintenance schedules to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and manufacturer recommendations.
• Process maintenance compliance records and data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Work cross-functionally within the organization to identify common customer challenges and suggest solutions.

What you'll need#

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent experience. An A&P certificate is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
• Strong experience in cross-functional partnerships.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
