About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in social media management, focusing on relationship building, content production, and performance analytics. You will support both paid and organic social media efforts, gaining insight into how digital strategies are executed for a premium design brand.
What you'll do#
- Ensure the timely publication of paid and organic content across all social media platforms.
- Manage influencer inquiries by fielding requests and completing templated worksheets for local market evaluation.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure content effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and technologies to enhance engagement.
- Create social-first content in partnership with local showrooms using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and CapCut.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Experience with basic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to gather data and translate it into actionable insights.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, storytelling, and the design industry.

- Location: Phoenix, Arizona.
- Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days remote, 1 day on-site).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $17 per hour.
