About the role#
This internship position within the Enterprise Productivity team is for a student to design, build, and implement practical productivity solutions. You will work with teams across the organization to identify opportunities to improve processes and create tools that make work more efficient. This role is a full-time, paid opportunity for the Fall 2026 term.
What you'll do#
- Design, build, and improve productivity solutions such as workflows, automations, dashboards, templates, and trackers.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and streamline processes through automation and workflow design.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and define solution opportunities.
- Test, refine, and implement new tools and process improvements.
- Support productivity audits, process reviews, and data analysis activities.
- Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides to support the adoption of new tools.
- Assist with change management, implementation planning, and continuous improvement activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program in business administration, information systems, business technology, data analytics, computer science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience through coursework, projects, or previous work in technology, automation, analytics, or process improvement.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Monday.com, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience using AI tools to support productivity, analysis, content creation, or workflow improvement.
- Exposure to project management, change management, business analysis, or data analytics practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with an automation-focused mindset.
