    About the role#

    Cafaro offers internship opportunities across a wide range of departments for students interested in gaining professional experience. Interns work within a team-oriented environment using current technology. These positions are paid, full-time, and available on a rolling basis throughout all semesters.

    • Ability to indicate a preferred department during the application process.
    • A resume for submission.
    • Flexibility to accommodate a school schedule.

    Established in 1949, Cafaro is a privately held real estate firm based in Niles, Ohio, that specializes in leasing non-residential properties. The company manages a portfolio of over 50 projects encompassing more than 30 million square feet, with a primary focus on the development of regional malls. Currently operating with 501 to 1,000 employees, the organization functions as a third-generation family-owned business. Internal teams handle all core operations, including property management, construction, maintenance, and leasing.
