About the role#
The Ticket Operations Intern works within the Ticket Sales and Service department to support daily operations. This is a part-time, seasonal position that requires a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will report to the Ticket Operations Manager.
What you'll do#
- Assist with event setup, including event creation, pricing, access management, and accuracy checks.
- Provide mobile ticketing support on smartphones and tablets.
- Manage the inbound ticket help phone line and ticket help inbox.
- Process ticketing service requests in a timely manner.
- Communicate event issues to the Ticket Operations Manager and suggest potential solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit or completion of a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively with different personalities and teammates.
- A strong desire to learn and apply skills specific to ticket operations.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
