Student Recruitment Associate

About the role#

The Student Recruitment Associate serves as a brand ambassador for Brillante Academy, ensuring the school meets enrollment and persistence goals. This role focuses on community outreach, family engagement, and managing the end-to-end student enrollment process. You will work closely with the School Principal and the Seton Texas Team to bring the school's vision to life while providing a welcoming experience for all families.

What you'll do#

• Execute strategic student recruitment efforts to meet campus enrollment goals.
• Build relationships with prospective families through phone calls, text messages, and follow-up communication.
• Represent Brillante Academy at community events, school fairs, local businesses, churches, and other outreach opportunities.
• Manage the student application, enrollment, and registration process from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and student data systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective families in both English and Spanish.
• Support campus events, registration sessions, and family onboarding activities.

What you'll need#

• High School Diploma.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong alignment to Brillante Academy’s mission and a commitment to serving students and families.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data management and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate new systems and technology platforms.
• A customer service mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
