We are hiring a Sales Intern for the Fall 2026 term to support the systems and processes behind our go-to-market team. Reporting to sales leadership, you will work alongside Account Executives and revenue operations to maintain our CRM, build essential reports, and improve the processes that allow our team to sell at scale. This is a hands-on position designed as a launchpad for a career in revenue operations or tech sales.
What you'll do#
- Own CRM data hygiene by ensuring accounts, contacts, and opportunities are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track pipeline health and sales activity.
- Support sales operations projects, including tooling, automation, AI-powered workflows, and process improvement.
- Research prospect accounts and enrich account data to maintain an organized pipeline.
- Assist Account Executives with demo preparation, follow-ups, and deal documentation.
- Organize and maintain sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, battle cards, and email templates.
- Gather and structure competitive and market intelligence to refine our market positioning.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Available full-time for the Fall 2026 term.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a strong asset.
- A curious mindset regarding AI and an eagerness to use it daily.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- A process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- A self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive with ownership.
- Prior experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), operations, or analytics is considered an asset but is not required.
