About the role#
BluWave is seeking a Marketing Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This position provides exposure to various marketing functions, including operations, content, analytics, design, and demand generation. You will work directly with the marketing team to support engagement efforts targeting private equity firms and business leaders.
What you'll do#
- Assist in developing high-quality content for webpages, blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Conduct keyword research, social listening, and trend analysis to support marketing strategy.
- Analyze data from tools such as GA4 and Hubspot to generate insights for campaign performance.
- Create and manage social media content calendars, specifically for LinkedIn.
- Support marketing operations by analyzing and visualizing demand generation data.
- Assist in creating branded assets and collaborate across departments to maintain consistent messaging.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messages.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
- A team-oriented mentality and a commitment to working collaboratively.
- A curious nature with a strong desire to learn and grow in the marketing field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, on-site internship located in Brentwood, TN.
- The term is for Fall 2026.
- Weekly commitment is 15-20 hours, which can be split across 2-4 days in the office.
