Business Development Analyst/Intern

About the role#

BLN24 is seeking a Business Development Analyst/Intern to support our strategic efforts. This role involves working closely with the leadership team to develop and prioritize business strategies, monitor key performance metrics, and contribute to the capture of new business opportunities. You will assist throughout the entire lifecycle of initiatives, from initial ideation to final implementation and ongoing monitoring.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with leadership to develop, analyze, and prioritize business strategies.
• Provide recommendations to improve organizational collaboration.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up on action items.
• Offer tactical support for the implementation of new ideas.
• Assist in monitoring performance metrics and providing advice on KPIs.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and meeting minute documentation.

What you'll need#

• Familiarity with data gathering, research, and data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Atlassian.
• Ability to develop Excel templates and work with financial data.
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with a willingness to tackle challenges.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments.
• Prior experience in a client-facing or customer service role is preferred.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
