Project Management Internship

About the role#

As a Project Management Intern, you will support the coordination and execution of cross-functional projects across Europe and APAC. Working closely with CX, engineering, sales, and revenue operations teams, you will handle day-to-day project coordination and stakeholder alignment. This role is designed for students or recent graduates interested in operations, offering hands-on experience in an international environment.

What you'll do#

• Support the delivery of small-scale projects by maintaining timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Organize meetings across multiple time zones, prepare agendas, and ensure the right stakeholders are involved.
• Work closely with CX, engineering, sales, and revenue operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Maintain project trackers, charters, and milestone logs to ensure transparency and visibility across teams.
• Support onboarding processes by managing questionnaires, collecting client inputs, and ensuring readiness for project kickoff.
• Assist with professional services administration, including tracking hours and supporting project documentation.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
• Strong interest in project management and operations.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain structured documentation.
• Confident in working across teams and time zones with clear communication skills.
• Ability to identify gaps, follow up on open items, and proactively drive tasks forward.
