BGC Engineering Inc. is seeking a Junior Accounting Clerk for a full-time, six-month co-op position. Reporting to the Accounting Team Lead and the Controller, the successful candidate will support daily accounting operations from July 2026 through December 2026. This is an on-site role based in Vancouver.
What you'll do#
- Post daily accounts receivable deposits.
- Code and enter vendor invoices.
- Match vendor invoices to purchase orders.
- Review and post employee expense claims.
- Reconcile and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Respond to inquiries from vendors and staff.
What you'll need#
- Completed or current enrollment in a post-secondary accounting program.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Customer service experience is considered an asset.

- Term: Summer 2026 (July to December 2026).
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $45,000 - $47,000 CAD per annum.
