    About the role#

    Bel is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Nampa, Idaho. This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship with a rolling term. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

    What you'll do#

    • Assist with recruitment processes.
    • Support the employee onboarding experience.
    • Help manage and maintain personnel files.
    • Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback.
    • Participate in various ongoing HR projects.

    What you'll need#

    • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    • Location: Nampa, Idaho.
