The Talent & Technology Co-op role offers hands-on experience in supporting organizational projects, talent programs, and corporate initiatives. You will work with the Performance and Talent Development team to improve how work gets done, using technology to support teams and enhance the employee experience. This position is open to students currently registered in a recognized co-op program.
What you'll do#
- Use Microsoft 365 tools to support projects, team communication, collaboration, and workflow improvements.
- Research, test, and assist in the implementation of digital tools and process enhancements.
- Coordinate, plan, track, and follow up on talent initiatives and corporate events.
- Create clear documentation, user guides, and communications for employees and leadership.
- Collect, organize, and analyze program data and feedback to identify trends and actionable insights.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a diploma or degree program related to Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong digital literacy and a curiosity for how technology can improve workplace processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Location: Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
- Term: Fall 2026 and Winter 2027 (8-month duration).
- Modality: Hybrid work model.
- Status: Full-time and paid position.
