About the role#

The Wealth Management Co-op supports financial planning and investment operations at Bartlett Wealth Management. This role provides exposure to both internal processes and client-facing interactions, offering insight into the investment advisory industry. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio, for the Summer 2026 term.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with financial planners to assess financial situations and input account data into eMoney software.
• Track Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) and Inherited RMD requirements.
• Prepare financial reports for clients and summarize data regarding living expenses.
• Produce the corporate bond buy list and maintain equity summary holding documents.
• Assist with the preparation of materials for the Strategic Asset Allocation Committee and Market Charts Committee.
• Summarize and distribute weekly investment meeting recaps to advisor groups.
• Conduct research and due diligence on Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) holdings.
• Attend internal meetings and participate in calls with mutual fund managers to support learning and development.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
• Strong proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate professionally with diverse groups using tact and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team with high attention to detail.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Morningstar, or wealth management systems is a plus.
