2027 North America Private Equity Analyst-Associate Program

About the role#

The Private Equity Analyst-Associate program is a multi-year commitment starting in Summer 2027. The program begins with an extensive, multi-week training curriculum focused on the firm's value-added investment approach. Analysts spend their first two years in the role, followed by one to two years as an Associate. This is a full-time, paid position.

What you'll do#

• Evaluate investment opportunities by applying fundamental strategic analysis and financial modeling.
• Analyze portfolio company issues, including potential add-on investments, liquidity options, and operational improvements.
• Gain operating experience across a variety of investment situations and industries.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate program.
• Excellent academic track record.
• Strong quantitative, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to process complex information (assessed via required online behavioral and cognitive assessments).

• Compensation: $110,000 annual base salary plus an annual discretionary bonus.
