Intern, Content Management

About the role#

The Content Management Intern will support Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) by coordinating content marketing operations, customer storytelling, and global distribution. This role offers hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and content strategy within a global team. You will work closely with the Senior Content Marketing Manager, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure content is organized, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.

What you'll do#

• Provide project management support, including developing project plans, work-back schedules, planning trackers, and status updates.
• Manage administrative tasks such as organizing agency deliverables, formatting content for multi-channel use, and maintaining SharePoint organization.
• Lead the maintenance of the AEX Marketing Resource Hub to ensure assets are current and easily accessible.
• Coordinate logistics for customer stories by liaising with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and participants.
• Facilitate localization efforts to support global content needs across various regions, languages, and markets.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a full-time degree in marketing, communications, business, content strategy, design, or education, with an expected graduation date no earlier than April 2027.
• Strong project management skills, including goal setting, workload definition, calendar management, and progress reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment across different geographies and time zones.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
• Term: Summer 2026 (16 weeks, August 31 – December 18).
• Modality: Hybrid.
• Status: Paid, full-time internship.
