Future BCBA: Clinical Practicum & Supervision Program

About the role#

This clinical practicum program is designed for students pursuing their BCBA certification. You will gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, earning both restricted and unrestricted hours while working directly with children ages 1-6. This is a full-time, paid position that emphasizes professional development through mentorship and structured clinical training.

What you'll do#

• Provide early intervention services using a play-based, natural environment teaching model.
• Participate in daily supervision meetings with a BCBA to review clinical cases and address challenging topics.
• Engage in specialized training and utilize a dedicated resource hub to support your studies and skill development.
• Work with diverse populations through regular, consistent client pairings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, RBTs, and speech-language pathologists.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a master’s or doctoral program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Physical ability to support children with challenging behaviors and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills, professional reliability, and reliable transportation to your assigned clinic.
