Digital Content Intern

About the role#

The ISS Digital Content Team at Atlantic Health creates creative collateral for technical training, including e-learning and instructor-led materials. As a Digital Content Intern, you will support the team by designing visual content such as animations, graphics, and videos to enhance learning within a healthcare environment. This position is ideal for a student interested in technology, graphic design, and the development of effective digital learning environments.

What you'll do#

• Develop and create training assets including graphics, animations, and videos using Canva and Adobe products.
• Shadow instructor-led and e-learning sessions to understand how digital tools enhance technical learning in a healthcare setting.
• Assist in the creation and validation of training tools designed to support system users.
• Participate in Adobe product tutorials and overviews.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a full-time accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a public or private college or university, with good academic standing.
• Interest or coursework in Graphic Design, Communications, Media Studies, UX/UI Design, or Instructional Design.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to organize and present information effectively, with strong time management skills and professionalism.
• Prior experience with Canva and Adobe design tools is preferred but not required.

• Location: Morristown, New Jersey.
• Term: Summer 2026 (June 2026 – August 2026).
• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a minimum commitment of 375 total hours.
• Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: This is a paid internship.
