The Marketing Strategy Intern will join the Marketing Services division to support the MarTech team. This execution-focused role provides hands-on experience in strategizing automated customer journeys, mapping user flows, and ensuring high-quality campaign delivery across various messaging channels.
What you'll do#
- Research and monitor industry trends and competitor lifecycle strategies to identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Help design and track campaign, journey, and lifecycle strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Use tools like Miro or Lucidchart to visualize and document customer lifecycles and automated workflows.
- Support the development team with the proofing and rendering process for email templates to ensure design integrity, link functionality, and strategic alignment.
- Assist in pulling insights and creating reports from marketing and reporting software to track campaign success and provide recommendations.
- Support the team through meeting management, client communications, and organizational duties.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing or recently received a degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in CRM, marketing automation, and B2B/B2C lifecycle strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to breaking down complex documents into actionable tasks.
- Hardworking and dedicated outlook with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to take initiative and absorb technical information quickly.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Miro or Lucidchart and MarTech platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo is an asset.
