Research Student Assistant

About the role#

The Research Student Assistant position supports ongoing research initiatives at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in Chicago, Illinois, with a rolling application term.

What you'll do#

• Follow established research protocols as directed.
• Collect, record, and organize research data.
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of all data collection activities.
• Perform other research project duties as assigned.

What you'll need#

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively during face-to-face interactions with research staff, physicians, and administrative personnel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred academic backgrounds include Biology, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or Health Administration.
