Angel City VA is seeking a bilingual Executive Assistant to serve as a bridge between English- and Hebrew-speaking clients and team members. This position provides executive and administrative support, including calendar management, email coordination, and light bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoice management. This is a part-time, remote role requiring approximately 20 hours per month.
What you'll do#
- Perform Hebrew to English translation via WhatsApp and phone.
- Manage calendars and email correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and communications.
- Provide light administrative and bookkeeping assistance, including expense tracking and invoice management.
What you'll need#
- Native Hebrew proficiency and fluency in English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Current enrollment as a college student.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility in availability is considered a major plus.
Location & details#
- This position is fully remote within the United States.
- This is a paid, part-time role offering $10 USD per hour.
