Learning and Development Co-op

About the role#

The Learning and Development Co-op supports the design, coordination, and delivery of employee learning initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in corporate training, talent development, and learning administration while working alongside the Learning and Development Lead to support employee growth.

What you'll do#

• Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and learning events, including managing schedules, invitations, and attendance tracking.
• Support the configuration, maintenance, and administration of the Learning & Development module within Oracle HCM.
• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to track training participation, compliance, and learning effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate employee training records and learning data.
• Gather and analyze training feedback and participation metrics.
• Assist with employee engagement, career development, and talent management initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support for HR and Learning & Development projects.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment as a full-time, post-secondary student in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Eligibility to participate in a co-op or internship program.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to present in front of groups, facilitate discussions, and engage an audience.
• Capability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail.

Location & details#

• Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (On-site).
• Compensation: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Duration: 8 to 12 month co-op option.
• Status: Full-time.
