About the role#
Alliance Health is seeking an intern to join the Talent Acquisition team for the Fall 2026 or Winter 2027 term. This role supports core human resources functions, including recruitment coordination, document management, and career fair logistics. Interns will receive mentorship from HR professionals and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate engagement, and project-based talent initiatives.
What you'll do#
- Support recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening candidates.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and candidate communication.
- Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives, such as referral programs and employer branding.
- Contribute to projects including SOP development, interviewer training, and talent pipeline initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality with discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a local college or university majoring in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree (sophomore through senior) or a master's degree in human resources is preferred.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Enrollment in an academic program that grants course credit for this internship.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This position is remote, though candidates must reside in North Carolina.
- Compliance training at the Alliance Home Office in Morrisville, North Carolina, is required before the start date.
- Candidates must be available to report onsite to the Morrisville office for business meetings as needed.
- This is an unpaid internship and does not include employee benefits or a guarantee of future employment.
