The Operations Intern-2 will support the maintenance and plant management teams at the Hoosick Falls facility. This is a paid, full-time position that offers exposure to industrial manufacturing operations through hands-on projects and administrative tasks.
What you'll do#
- Execute projects assigned by the Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager.
- Manage weekly grounds keeping responsibilities.
- Complete special projects as directed by management.
- Update and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the facility.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel, to support daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a college or trade school, preferably in a Technical or Engineering-related program (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or Environmental Engineering).
- Ability to adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
- Familiarity with Work Instructions is preferred.
