About the role#
This is a full-time HR Coordinator co-op position within the Corporate Operations department at Alimentiv. The role provides administrative support across various HR functions including talent management, employee relations, total rewards, and learning and development. You will work in a global, shared-services context and interface with the HR team, employees, and external stakeholders.
What you'll do#
- Maintain position descriptions and training records in compliance with QA requirements.
- Coordinate and administer the full onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Oversee the intake and assignment of HR inquiries via the HR Webform and respond to general questions.
- Provide support to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Assist with HR and QA audits, including ad-hoc data reporting and HRIS updates.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with background checks, candidate identification, and career events.
- Assist with the administration of benefits, pension programs, and employee recognition awards.
- Help prepare and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a formal co-op program for Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Ability to work full-time from September through December 2026.
- Ability to commute to the London, Ontario office.
