    About the role#

    Albarrie Canada Limited is seeking an IT Student for a full-time co-op term starting in September 2026. This position supports the organization's technical operations and system implementations. We are open to 4-, 6-, or 8-month placements based on academic requirements.

    What you'll do#

    • Provide internal support for the implementation of new systems, including CRM and ERP platforms.
    • Create documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new systems and programming implementations.
    • Respond to helpdesk tickets regarding company operating and software programs.
    • Collaborate with various departments to assist in troubleshooting and information gathering for process or programming changes.
    • Work alongside the ERP Systems Analyst to investigate and resolve issues within the implementation process.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for computer science or a related field with a co-op requirement.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.

    • Modality: On-site.
    • Term: Fall 2026.
    • Employment: Full-time, paid contract.
