This full-time program focuses on professional skill development, mentorship, and career advancement within the security and smart home technology industry.

What you'll do#

• Engage with homeowners in residential communities.
• Educate customers about security systems, smart home technology, and automation solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Maintain customer information using company CRM systems.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.
• Learn and apply sales and marketing strategies.

What you'll need#

• Current student or recent graduate status.
• Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile devices, and digital applications.
• Interest in pursuing a career in sales, marketing, business, or entrepreneurship.
