Regional Marketing Intern, LATAM

About the role#

Aircall is seeking a Regional Marketing Intern to support the execution of the LATAM marketing strategy. You will help bring global priorities to life at a local level, ensuring campaigns, events, partner initiatives, and go-to-market programs are relevant and impactful for the LATAM market, specifically Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager, you will assist in transforming global campaigns into local experiences and maintaining operational excellence.

What you'll do#

• Support the execution of the LATAM regional marketing plan, including campaigns, events, webinars, and partner initiatives.
• Review localized global campaigns, messaging, and assets to ensure accuracy and relevance for the LATAM market.
• Assist with campaign and event operations, including asset quality assurance and cross-functional coordination with central marketing teams.
• Maintain marketing calendars, project plans, and reporting rhythms to provide visibility to wider marketing and GTM teams.
• Support performance analysis by tracking leads and pipeline influence from regional initiatives.
• Contribute market insights and competitor observations to inform regional strategy.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Prior experience in marketing or events is considered a plus.

• Location: San Francisco, California (On-site).
• Schedule: On-site presence required on Mondays and Wednesdays.
• Duration: Up to 12 months.
• Employment type: Full-time internship.
