Intern-Content Creator

About the role#

AEG is seeking a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator Intern to join the CMN Social Media team. This role focuses on supporting the creation of content for artists in Latin entertainment, ensuring tours and events remain culturally relevant across Instagram and TikTok. You will work closely with the Social Media and Creative teams to brainstorm, pitch, and execute content that drives audience engagement.

What you'll do#

• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Brainstorm, pitch, and execute creative content ideas that align with campaign objectives and brand voice.
• Monitor social media trends, emerging formats, sounds, memes, and platform updates to identify opportunities for content.
• Edit short-form video content using CapCut and design social assets using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance creative workflows and content production.
• Support on-site content capture at concerts, tours, events, and brand activations, including behind-the-scenes and live social coverage.
• Assist with community management and track content performance through analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with the Social Media and Creative teams while managing multiple projects.

What you'll need#

• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms for brands, organizations, or personal channels.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-powered creative tools.
• Strong video editing, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with social media strategy, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Media Studies, Marketing, or Journalism.
• Passion for Latin music, live entertainment, and digital culture.
