About the role#
Adaption is looking for a Growth Intern to join the team for a 6-month, full-time contract. This is not a traditional growth role focused on optimizing funnels or following established playbooks. Instead, you will work from scratch to experiment, build, and shape our growth strategy. We are looking for a creative, action-oriented individual who is comfortable with ambiguity and ready to contribute to a team building evolving AI systems.
What you'll do#
- Ideate and run experiments across various growth channels, including partnerships, events, hackathons, and social media.
- Improve user onboarding and the overall experience on the platform.
- Help build and engage our early community of researchers, developers, and builders.
- Track performance, share learnings with the team, and iterate quickly.
- Pitch and develop your own ideas.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work full-time for 6 months, with the possibility of an extension.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative without needing constant direction.
- Genuine creativity and comfort with ambiguity.
- A strong understanding of communities, culture, and how ideas spread.
- Demonstrated experience organizing events, building an audience, or working on a side project that gained traction.
- Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology is preferred.
