As a Content Co-op, you will support the systems, research, and execution that keep the marketing content engine running. This role is designed for students seeking hands-on experience in B2B content marketing, research-driven storytelling, and editorial operations. You will work alongside writers and marketers on projects that support thought leadership, blogs, reports, and sales enablement.
What you'll do#
- Conduct weekly scans of external HR, workplace, and technology research to support ideation.
- Build and maintain a centralized library of third-party statistics, ensuring data is organized by topic, region, and use case.
- Assist with blog and resource publishing, including formatting and converting PDF content into HTML.
- Support content coordination by maintaining workflows, documentation, and team systems.
- Assist with preparing sales enablement slides and updating content templates.
- Support basic content performance reporting and dashboard updates.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and document process improvements to help the team scale.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a university or accredited college program in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.
- Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- An organized, curious mindset with comfort working with documentation and systems.
- Ability to work full time for the duration of the internship term.
