As an IT Intern, you will work with the IT team to support daily technology operations, employee support, and IT projects in the New York office. This role is designed for students or early-career candidates to gain hands-on experience in a corporate IT environment using tools like macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Zoom, Slack, and Jira.
What you'll do#
- Provide Tier 1 support for employee workstations, account access, peripherals, printers, and related IT inquiries.
- Triage helpdesk tickets by gathering details, documenting troubleshooting steps, and escalating issues as needed.
- Assist with employee desk setups, including configuring monitors, docks, and peripherals.
- Manage IT assets by labeling, organizing, auditing, and updating inventory records for hardware and accessories.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding process by staging equipment, preparing desks, and updating checklists.
- Assist with IT operations such as hardware audits and software rollout tracking.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related IT field.
- Basic familiarity with both macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn, ask questions, document work, and follow established procedures.
- A basic understanding of networking, MFA, SaaS applications, computer hardware, or endpoint management is considered a plus.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Commitment: 15-20 hours per week.
- Term: Rolling.
- This is a paid internship.
