About the role#
As a Data Entry Intern at AC Pro, you will support our wholesale operations by managing customer data, processing orders, and ensuring accurate reporting. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain organized database systems while providing professional service to our customers and vendors.
What you'll do#
- Provide front-line customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting customers and vendors.
- Initiate and process customer orders accurately.
- Maintain, manage, and update customer database systems.
- Monitor open orders to ensure timely processing and shipment.
- Create and manage spreadsheets to track data.
- Perform comparative analysis of data sources to ensure accuracy.
- Produce reports and retrieve data as needed.
What you'll need#
- Proficiency with computers and the ability to perform accurate alpha/numeric data entry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a focus on detail.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle critical situations effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to sit and type for extended periods, perform repetitive fine motor tasks, and lift or move 10–30 pounds.
- Currently pursuing or interested in Business Administration or Computer Science.
