Title: Intern - IT Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Nintendo’s IT team to develop, design, and implement web-based applications, both internal and external.

  • Participate in a DevOps environment, gaining exposure to end-to-end software projects.

  • Design technical solutions while supporting operational requirements and strategic initiatives.

  • Present work and interface with other IT team members and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.

  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or Typescript.

  • Exposure to React, React Native, JavaScript, HTML, and/or CSS.

  • Familiarity with basic data structures and algorithms.

  • Knowledge of AWS or similar cloud computing technologies is a plus.

  • Understanding of different software development life cycle paradigms.

  • Knowledge of threat detection, SIEM solutions, and log management/collection platforms like Splunk Cloud, Enterprise Security, Datadog.

  • Prior software engineering experience and familiarity with Terraform and GraphQL are a plus.
