About the role#
This position is for an intern converting to a full-time hire upon graduation. You will work on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD security clearance.
What you'll do#
- Design, test, and deploy software builds into real systems.
- Troubleshoot networking and system configurations, including UDP/IP and XML.
- Use Linux and Python to manage and interact with systems.
- Provide customer support through product demonstrations and the creation of user guides.
- Integrate development products with government-provided hardware and software.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field obtained by the start date.
- Experience with analog, digital electronics, mixed signal, circuit design, or analysis.
- Experience using electronic test and measurement equipment like oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, digital multimeters, and signal generators.
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.
- Competency with Microsoft Office products.
